At Creations By Paulina we understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer clear and fair refund terms. If you cancel your event more than 30 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. However, if a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, we are unable to provide a refund due to the preparation and resources already committed to your event design. This policy ensures we maintain the highest level of service and elegance crafted for every occasion, while accommodating unforeseen changes responsibly.

Yes, there is a delivery fee. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance between out studio in Oromocto and your event location. The first 20km are free and then we charge $0.80/km.
